CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This Cancel, Return and Refund policy sets out the procedure followed by Schutzen Car Care Private Limited (hereinafter “Schutzen”) for cancellation of orders, return of Products and refund.
All capitalized terms not defined here shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions of Use available here.
CANCELLATION BY SCHUTZEN
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Products or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER
You can cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. Please send a request to our customer care at email@example.com . Schutzen reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Schutzen has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
For cancellation of orders that have been dispatched / shipped, please refer to the returns section below.
Schutzen has put no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence. As a policy Schutzen does not accept cancellation/return of Products once the Products have been processed / shipped / delivered.
Schutzen returns policy accepts only exchanges/replacements and not direct refunds. Returns for the Products that have been shipped / delivered will be accepted only if the Products are damaged / defective.
In case of some damage / defects in the Products, please inform the Schutzen customer care within 24 hours of the delivery of the Products, in order to receive the replacement. If no intimation is received from you within 24 hours of the delivery being completed, Schutzen shall assume that the Products delivered to you were in good condition.
Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pin codes. You can check with our support desk if your pin code has this facility. Else you will have to ship the Products back.
HOW TO RETURN
Please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain a return reference no. and we shall let you know the process of how the damaged / defective Products have to be returned.
All the Products to be returned must be unused, unopened, and undamaged by you and the Products must be returned inside their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with. In case of shampoos, car cleaners or other liquid products the bottle should be unopened and unused.
Please ensure that the following information clearly and correctly written on the return label:
1. Consignee Name / Phone Number
2. Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
3. Product Name
4. Pick-Up Address and pin code
Package the Products in its original packaging, we request you to place the box in further protective packaging to ensure there is no damage in shipping the Products.
Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the Products to reach back to our Order Processing Centre.
For self-ship returns, kindly pack the Products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Incase if shipment is damaged or any Products are missing, Schutzen will not be responsible for such damage. Hence, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.

Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed Rs 50 as a return voucher towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
Replacement will be shipped after the original Products have been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Product(s) should be unused, unopened and should not be broken or tampered with.
2. The packaging should have the original tags in place.
3. They should be returned within 7 days from the dispatch/shipping date.
Any returned Products received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS AND RULES APPLY TO THIS POLICY:
The list of Products wherein returns or exchange is strictly not supported includes :
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Products valued at Rs. 300/- or less.
Also note that any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
Schutzen return policy offers you the option to return Products purchased on www.schutzenprotection.com within 7 days of the receipt and receive a replacement of that exact Product or another Product of the same value. If the value of the replacement Product exceeds that of the previously purchased Product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
In case the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund to your account.
Also, Please note that the convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. All returns are subject to Schutzen discretion which shall be deemed final and binding.
A restocking fee of Rs. 100/- is applicable for all returns.
